We have a fully integrated manufacturing complex with in-house facilities for all major manufacturing activities, to have complete control over the Quality & Reliability. Our in-house facilities include :

Design
Equipped with CAD (Computer Aided Design), and a dedicated team of professionals, our design department ensures that our products are optimally designed.

CNC Machine shop
We use CNC (Computer Numerically Control), turning centers to machine the components, to ensure perfect precision and zero defect performance. Apart from these we have the most modern electronic & pneumatic gages.

Foundry
Our modern foundry produces pressure die castings, gravity castings.

Motor Manufacturing
100% of our pumps & fans are powered by our own motors. We have installed state-of-art equipment imported from leading manufacturers from Taiwan. We have special technique & plants for moisture proofing our motors. We are one of the first Indian companies to introduce on-line  motor testing.

Surface coating
Rust prevention is absolutely important for our products. All steel and aluminum parts received automotive grade pretreatment.

Our ultra modern dust-proof paint shop has a powder coating plant from Switzerland besides facilities for epoxy & polyurethane coating, which our products bear.

Painted components are batch tested in imported salt spray chamber to test the ultimate performance in actual conditions. We achieve paint quality, matching automotive industry standards. (1000 salt spray test hours)

Quality assurance
We are one of the few Indian manufactures to have on-line computer network inside our factory to monitor the quality of each of the components. All this ensures a high degree of reliability for our products.

Testing
 100% of products are performance tested.

Dynamic balancing
We balance 100% of fan impellers  on  computerized hard bearing machine to the levels of ISO G 2.5, for silent operation & longer bearing life.

Research & Development
This is an important aspect of our activity. New models & designs are continuously developed & tried to keep our products far ahead of our competitors. Our strength lies in our machines as well as the men behind them.

All vansal products (except water heating products) are manufactured in 100% vansal owned manufacturing facilities with same care, understanding and responsibility.
